Report a wrong number or suggest a tool

Accuracy is the whole point of the site, so if a calculator looks off, tell us the exact inputs you used and the result you expected. We will check the formula against its cited sources and fix it. If a tool you need is missing, send the keyword or a link to a similar one, and we will look at building it.

Privacy and data requests

The calculators run entirely in your browser, so we hold almost no data about you. To ask for a summary of any data we do process, to correct or erase it, or to withdraw consent, email hello@reckonbox.com. Our privacy policy sets out your rights in full.

Grievances

For a complaint about how your data is handled, our grievance officer is Tapabrata Biswas, reachable at hello@reckonbox.com or by post at the address below. We acknowledge and address grievances within the 90 days the law allows.

When to expect a reply

We are a small team of engineers, so replies come from a person rather than a ticket queue. We aim to answer within a few working days, and faster when you report an error on a tool, since a wrong number is the one thing we drop everything to fix.
